1. Agreement to Terms

Your access to and use of arizenbiolabs.com constitutes your agreement to operate under these terms. If any part of this agreement is unacceptable to you, please discontinue use of the site immediately and do not place any orders.

2. Age Verification

All buyers and site visitors must be 21 years of age or older. By browsing or purchasing, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we believe the buyer does not meet this threshold.

3. Intended Use — Research Only

• You are conducting legitimate scientific or laboratory research
• You or your organization have appropriate facilities and training to handle research chemicals
• Under no circumstances will you administer these products to humans or animals
• You accept full responsibility for the proper storage, handling, and disposal of all compounds

4. Regulatory Notice

No product or claim on this website has been reviewed or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Nothing we sell is designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Arizen BioLabs operates strictly as a research chemical supplier. We are not a pharmacy, compounding facility, or outsourcing facility under Sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

5. What You Receive

Each product is sold as a standalone compound. Ancillary supplies — bacteriostatic water, syringes, mixing equipment — are not included unless a listing specifically says otherwise. The majority of our catalog ships in lyophilized form and will need reconstitution with an appropriate solvent before laboratory use.

6. Orders & Payment

We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Full payment, including a 3.40% secure processing fee, is required before shipment. Placing an order does not guarantee fulfillment — we will notify you promptly if an issue arises with your purchase.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic orders above $200 qualify for free standard shipping. Every package is sent in plain, unmarked packaging with tracking. If you are ordering from outside the U.S., you are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees your country may impose.

8. Returns & Refunds

Because of the sensitive nature of research compounds, all purchases are final. The only exception is if your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong product — in that case, reach out to our team atsupport@arizenbiolabs.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the problem. Opened or partially used products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

9. Liability

Arizen BioLabs is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from using our products or website. By ordering, you acknowledge that working with research compounds carries inherent risks and confirm that you have the knowledge, equipment, and safety protocols required to manage those risks.
