We ship within the United States with two options at checkout: Standard shipping (3–5 business days) and Express shipping ($24.99, 1–2 business days).

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping then takes 3–5 business days in transit; Express ($24.99) arrives in 1–2 business days.

We accept Zelle and credit/debit cards. Paying with Zelle saves you 5% versus card.

Yes. Our website uses secure, encrypted checkout. We don't store full card details and all transactions use PCI-compliant payment providers.

We offer a 30-Day Damage & Defect Guarantee. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, email support@arizenbiolabs.com within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement. Because products are for research use only, non-defective items cannot be returned once shipped.

Yes. Compounds are sent to independent third-party labs for HPLC and Mass Spec analysis. Where a Certificate of Analysis is available for a given lot, it's published at /coas and linked on that product's page. Published COA coverage does not include every SKU — the catalog at /coas is expanded as additional batches are tested and documented.

Yes, two ways. Bundle & Save discounts are automatic when you order 2 or more of a product (tiers show on each product page). For wholesale, the Bulk Orders page (arizenbiolabs.com/bulk) sells every peptide vial and strength in kits of 10 (nasal sprays, research water and curated bundles aren't sold as kits) at 40% off, and 50% off once one product + strength reaches 50 units — no code needed, it prices in the cart automatically.
