We ship within the United States with two options at checkout: Standard shipping (3–5 business days) and Express shipping ($24.99, 1–2 business days). All orders arrive in discreet packaging.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping then takes 3–5 business days in transit; Express ($24.99) arrives in 1–2 business days.

We accept Zelle and credit/debit cards. Zelle has no processing fee; cards include a small processing fee added at checkout.

Yes. Our website uses secure, encrypted checkout. We don't store full card details and all transactions use PCI-compliant payment providers.

Yes. Compounds are sent to independent third-party labs for HPLC and Mass Spec analysis. Where a Certificate of Analysis is available for a given lot, it's published at /coas and linked on that product's page. Published COA coverage does not include every SKU — the catalog at /coas is expanded as additional batches are tested and documented.

Yes — bulk discounts are automatic when you order 2 or more peptides. Tiered pricing shows on each product page (more units = bigger discount). For very large/wholesale orders outside the standard tiers, email contact@arizenbiolabs.com.
