We offer a 30-Day Damage & Defect Guarantee. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, email support@arizenbiolabs.com within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement. Because products are for research use only, non-defective items cannot be returned once shipped.

Yes. Compounds are sent to independent third-party labs for HPLC and Mass Spec analysis. Where a Certificate of Analysis is available for a given lot, it's published at /coas and linked on that product's page. Published COA coverage does not include every SKU — the catalog at /coas is expanded as additional batches are tested and documented.

Yes — bulk discounts are automatic when you order 2 or more peptides. Tiered pricing shows on each product page (more units = bigger discount). For very large/wholesale orders outside the standard tiers, email support@arizenbiolabs.com.
